Jr. Pro Basketball

The Jr. Pro Basketball program was founded by legendary Kentucky Basketball Coach: Adolph Rupp. The program stresses sportsmanship, a healthy love for the game, and coaching to enhance skill improvement and knowledge of the game.

Youth Incorporated offers basketball programs for ages 4-7 known as the Pee Wee League, ages 8-10 referred to as the Training League, and ages 11-12, we call Jr. Varsity. We hope to have a Varsity League, ages 12-14 starting next season in the fall of 2012.

The Jr. Pro Basketball program in Middle Tennessee is underway with practices - anticipating a January 7, 2012 start in games to run for the next nine Saturdays. Teams will play a ten game regular season schedule, followed by a single elimination post-season tournament.

Uniquely, the Antioch and Donelson programs are teaming up to form one league this season. Practices will be held in each community. The Antioch teams will practice at Thurgood Marshall Middle School in Antioch. The Donelson teams will practice at Two Rivers Middle School in Nashville. The games will be played at Thurgood Marshall Middle School starting on Saturday, January 7, 2012.
